Envisioning my dream life, and declaring it possible.
My dream life is manifesting in 2023. This is going to be a HUGE year for us. I can feel it in my bones. For those who have been following along on IG, you know that my family and I plan on making a HUGE move! About 3000+ miles away from where we currently live.
We are chasing our wildest dreams. Dreams of moving to an island, starting a eco-friendly farm/garden, learning to live off-grid, traveling more (like we did to NYC). The dreams are WILD, but they are ours. For the first time in forever, we are closer than ever.
How the heck are you all doing it?
We get asked this all the time. We tell people, with hard work. We’ve been planning this for a long time. But, I think what they are really trying to ask, is why?
In fact it’s divided down the middle 50% of people think that we are really lucky, and everything has been handed down to us. (we are lucky, but it’s also been years of HARDWORK) The other 50% of people think we are just straight up crazy. And would never in a million years do what we are doing.
But that’s the thing about dreams, everyone has the right to dream up whatever kind of life they want. And ultimately I think that this dream of ours seems shocking to most people because they believe some things are not possible or out of reach.
I think most people struggle with what they feel they deserve, or what they view as possible or realistic. What people fail to realize, is that these ideas are often times self-imposed restrictions. It starts with a seed of worry, or the idea that we are not enough. Not smart enough, secure enough, whatever enough, to get what we want. The possibility of failure often times keeps us from trying at all, thus fulfilling our the idea that it was never possible to begin with.
How to flip the switch and envision what’s possible
Would you believe me if I told you, that you could envision your dream life and declare it possible with a simple pen and paper? Or for my digital folks, a keyboard and a google doc?
The idea is simple, envision your dream life, the life that you could have if you pursued your wildest dreams, and could have everything you wanted, knowing it would 100% succeed.
And write it down. Detailed entries of what your life looks like, and how you feel doing those things. Try a one year plan. A five year plan. A ten year plan.
WRITE IT DOWN.
DON’T EDIT.
RECORD EVERY HOPE THAT YOU HAVE.
Put aside your fears, your worries, and your skepticism. Write from a place of joy, abundance and most of all creative freedom.
Make the list
It’s not just any list, but THE list. Take all those wonderful things you dreamed up, and add them to a numbered list of goals. This will affirm what you want.
When you do this, you declare what is possible in your life. You manifest hope and you put it out into the universe. Keep this list close to you, cherish it. Use it as a starting point for your life’s journey.
You’ll be amazed at what happens to your life as time goes by.
A Visual Guide
If you’re like me, you like to make things visually interesting. So, if numerical lists are not for you, you can always make a vision board, declaring your dream life. Add it to your desktop, add it as your phone’s wallpaper, anywhere that you can easily access it or view it.

Here is the link to this template that you can customize yourself on Canva. You can add pictures from Canva. Or, pictures from a Pinterest board you created, by simply saving the photos into a folder you can access while making your vision board.
And please share with me your wildest dreams. I’d love to support you in whatever way I can, even if it’s just on the sidelines cheering you on, or simply lending a listening ear. I believe in you.
If you’re feeling scared, and need a little encouragement, listen to this weeks bonus podcast episode “10 Things Brave people do differently (How you can too!)” to help give you a little nudge forward.
Until next time…
